1. Scope of Processing Personal Data
We generally process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users is generally only done with the user’s consent. An exception applies in cases where obtaining consent is not possible for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by legal regulations.
2. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
If we obtain consent from the data subject for processing operations involving personal data, Article 6 (1) (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis. For the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures.
If processing personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR serves as the legal basis. If processing is necessary to protect vital interests of the data subject or another natural person, Article 6 (1) (d) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

3. Data Deletion and Storage Duration
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Storage may additionally occur if this is provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws, or other provisions to which the data controller is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a prescribed storage period set by the mentioned norms expires, unless further storage of the data is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract.

1. Accessing Our Website
When you access our website, information is automatically sent to the server of our website/application by the browser on your end device and temporarily stored in a so-called log file. We have no influence over this. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:
- The IP address of the requesting internet-enabled device,
- The date and time of access,
- The name and URL of the retrieved file,
- The browser you are using and possibly the operating system of your internet-enabled computer as well as the name of your access provider.
The legal basis for processing the IP address is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from the purposes of data collection listed below. Please note that no direct conclusions about your identity can be drawn from the collected data by us.
The IP address of your device and the other data listed above are used by us for the following purposes:
- Ensuring smooth connection establishment,
- Ensuring comfortable use of our website,
- Evaluating system security and stability.
The data is stored for a period of 7 days and then the IP address is automatically deleted. For security reasons, we store this information in log files for a longer period, but without your IP address, and delete it after 31 days. The data in the log files is stored separately from other data about you.

2. Conclusion, Execution, or Termination of a Contract
a. Data Processing at Contract Conclusion
The business purpose of Janowski Solutions GmbH is the distribution of Korean cosmetics under the name yusong beauty. In this context, we process the data required for the conclusion, execution, or termination of a contract. This includes:
- First name, last name, title, salutation
- Billing and delivery address, if applicable, address addition
- Parcel station and DHL customer number
- E-mail address
- Billing and payment data
- Company and VAT ID
- If applicable, date of birth
- If applicable, telephone number
To process the purchase contract, the following data processing is also required:
If you have selected a payment method other than prepayment, we pass the necessary payment data to a commissioned payment service provider.
Credit card payments are handled by Shopify International Limited. All credit card data entries are entered directly into the Shopify International Limited system and cannot be read or stored by us.
Payments via PayPal are processed through the payment service provider PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg). All payment data entries are entered directly into PayPal's system and cannot be read or stored by us. To process the payment, we transmit to PayPal your name, invoice amount, and delivery address if you have chosen this payment method. If you choose to pay by installment or immediate transfer, the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden will handle the payment. Klarna is a provider that enables customers to make installment payments and immediate transfers. For this purpose, we transmit your name, order data, billing data, and order number to Klarna if you have chosen this payment method. Klarna checks whether the payment options can be offered to you and informs us of the result and handles the payment directly with you.
We provide the details of your delivery address to a logistics company commissioned by us for the purpose of processing the purchase contract. If the shipment of the goods is not carried out by Janowski Solutions GmbH but by a Janowski Solutions GmbH partner, we provide the delivery address and necessary order data to them.
To ensure that the delivery of the goods is carried out according to your wishes, we or our shipping partners use your e-mail address to contact you in advance of delivery to inform you of the delivery time.
The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR, meaning that you provide us with the data based on the contractual relationship between you and us.
If we do not use your contact data for advertising purposes, we store the data collected for contract processing until the expiration of the statutory or possible contractual warranty and guarantee rights. After this period, we retain the information required by commercial and tax law for the legally prescribed periods. For this period (typically ten years from the conclusion of the contract), the data will be processed again solely for the purpose of verification by the tax authorities.
b. Identity, Creditworthiness, and Transmission to Credit Agencies

The fact and result of our inquiry will be stored in your customer account or guest account for the duration of the contractual relationship.
The data you provide during an order may be used to check if there is an atypical order process (e.g., simultaneous ordering of a large number of goods to the same address using different customer accounts). Based on the data stored about you, an assignment to statistical customer groups that have exhibited similar characteristics in the past is carried out. For this purpose, all other known data, such as previous shopping carts, payment behavior, and activity, are also used to categorize you into a customer group.
