Sunscreen

Sunscreens are products that protect the skin from the sun's harmful UV rays and prevent premature aging and skin damage. There are two main types of sunscreens: mineral and chemical.

Chemical sunscreens absorb UV rays and convert them into heat.

Mineral sunscreens, also called physical filters, reflect and scatter UV rays away from the skin.

The choice between chemical and mineral sunscreens depends on personal preference, skin type and possible allergies.
