Shipping and returns
Shipment
We ship from Germany and use the DHL service for delivery. The goods are shipped on the day of the order or at the latest on the following working day. Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 2 to 4 working days. For deliveries abroad, delivery can take around 5 to 20 working days. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the exact duration, but we always try to process the shipments as quickly as possible. If there are any delays in delivery, we ask for your understanding. Returns
We charge a flat rate of EUR 5.00 for returns within Germany. Return costs from abroad vary. For return costs from abroad, send an email to info@yusongbeauty.com . These costs will be offset against the original order amount when processing the return and the corresponding amount will be refunded to the chosen payment method.

Returns can only be accepted for products that are in their original packaging and unopened. This measure is necessary to maintain product quality and hygiene. We are committed to complying with legal regulations and high standards of quality and sustainability. Disposing of products represents a significant challenge, both for ecological and financial reasons.
These costs will be deducted from the original order total when processing the return and the corresponding amount will be refunded to the chosen payment method.
